He became an advocate of mine, low pressure in the dealing and an overall good guy. After we finalized the deal, but not scheduled to take delivery until the next day, I contacted Jeff. I was spending a lot of money and not getting exactly what I wanted - Tri-Pane Panoramic Sunroof. Jeff thank me for reaching out and said "lets make this right". He found the car that I really wanted at another dealership and had it delivered immediately. He said, you know what we can do and this is the price. Your choice - 1st car, 2nd car or walk away. We want you to be happy. I couldn't be happier with the 2nd car and the overall experience. I gladly took several business cards to pass along. More
