Sunny, did just that with me and he explained all the different features of each Jeep. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and was able to answer all of my questions. I continued to look at them and he continued to educate me about them. Unexpectedly, I found the perfect Jeep. He didn’t pressure me to buy it that day but I had to. I knew that Jeep belonged to me. Nice to receive the unexpected! I, like most people, do not look forward to car shopping but I try to never say never and what a surprise I received. Good experience all arpund I came into the dealership with my beloved 2014 Cherokee after receiving a letter that suggested they could "upgrade" me and "lower my payment". I tho I came into the dealership with my beloved 2014 Cherokee after receiving a letter that suggested they could "upgrade" me and "lower my payment". I thought, no way but I went in. I didn't even want to get rid of my baby. Jeff (who sold me my 2014 and strangely was paired with me again) did a great job finding the only vehicle that would make me give up my baby. He looked all over for what I wanted and found it in a day or two. Then they made the deal work! It sounds too good to be true but I love my new, slightly fancier, Cherokee. Thanks guys! More
