I called Leith after looking for a specific vehicle on the internet. From the moment Emily answered my call to working with Aziz in Sales and then Kharin in Finance ... I could not have asked for a better team to handle my purchase from beginning to end. I was purchasing this car from another state so everything was done over the phone up until the day we picked up the vehicle. Aziz and Kharin were both extremely helpful, patient and more than kind throughout the process. They were extremely responsive to all of my calls and did everything they could to make sure when I picked up the Jeep it would be a smooth transition ... as I was literally turning around and driving back to New York the same day. The day I picked up the vehicle I walked in and finally met Aziz and Kharen in person ... and it was very obvious they appreciated our business and they treated us as if we were their only priority. It could not have been more perfect. I searched all over New York, Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut for a Jeep with a soft top and a specific color. Most dealerships either gave me the runaround saying they would find me the vehicle, to no avail and more often no return call ... or the dealership said there was nothing they could do to help me unless I wanted to order a vehicle that would take a minimum 4 months to receive ... because of supply and demand. I decided to search in North Carolina as I was flying there to pick up my daughter from school that week. It was the best decision I made. I wouldn't hesitate to go the distance in the future to purchase our next vehicle from Leith, as they have many dealerships offering various types of vehicles. Aziz and Kharin were outstanding are certainly are an asset to the team at Leith Chrysler Jeep in Raleigh, N.C. I look forward to doing business with Leith again in the future.
