Went there over a week ago for service. Requested they look and see why engine light was on. They told me they didn't have time. I knew I was being told a lie becaue I had already had another place look at it and IT ONLY TOOK 10 MINUTES. I just wanted them to confirm what was told to me since this is where I purchased it. Then I was told I needed some new filters....so they had time to replace filters but not do a 10-minute diagnostic!!!! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I'm actively looking to purchase a Wagoneer, but I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them!!! I prefer to spend my money at a place that continues to appreciate and respect customers....long after a purchase has been made. More
Hands down the worst dealership in the Triangle area. Go elsewhere if you can. They exhibit a pattern of disrespect and negligence and will end up putting you and others at risk. I had my car in the shop mid-December for about a week, they replaced several parts and sent videos and pictures of my car. Not 3 weeks later on January 9th, the wheel came entirely off my car and put me and others at risk. Since it had just been at the dealership, I took it back to them. They originally quoted my over $2,000 for the repairs (replacing the lugs, wheel, etc.), which is absurd. My tires were brand new from Discount Tire, I bought them in May, and hadn't had any issues with my car until I took it to Leith Chrysler Jeep in December. I was pretty frustrated and was calling back and forth between Jeep, Discount Tire, and my warranty service for a few days while my car was at the dealership. The service department, specifically Ryan McDuffy and Stephen (the service manager) intentionally ignored my calls and set my number to go to voicemail, and didn't update me on the status of my car until my boyfriend called them (since they didn't have his number blocked). They are refusing to accept any responsibility for not properly conducting repairs on my car, and said they didn't even test drive it before giving my car back to me in on December 23rd. If you want your car fixed by respectful people in a timely manner, don't go to Leith Chrysler Jeep. More

Leith Chrysler Jeep, has a great customer service/technical staff. Always give the information you need. They care about the customers. They always make sure you know, and understand the issu service/technical staff. Always give the information you need. They care about the customers. They always make sure you know, and understand the issues you vehicle has, or could have in the future. When it comes to repairs, and repair cost they let you know exactly what your situation is. They do great work. I've never had any issues. Always satisfied with their service. More
