Most shocking dealership/HONDA service ever! ! I don't write reviews, this dealership should be ashamed of the treatment to long standing customer. If they offered ZERO stars as option, that ! Do not by any means or situation even out of desperation visit this service department. Genuine HONDA trained mechanics, my foot. Facts #1. This dealership supposedly performed scheduled maintenance routine on my transmission. Fact #2. Transmission FAILED with less than 60,000 miles. ALL MAINTENANCE WAS DONE ON TIME OR BEFORE DUE. ZERO EXCEPTIONS! Fact #3 Dealership did replace transmission and it cost me 500$ out of pocket. Fact #4. When the HONDA trained, 27 year veteran master mechanic did the transmission swap. He DESTROYED BOTH FRONT HUBS & WHEELS. WTH?? Fact #5. The dealership again replaced the effected parts as, the 27 year veteran master mechanic destroyed the others components. Thier responsible! Fact #6 The dealership set appointment up after receiving ALL PARTS IN. Took day off work to get my vehicle fixed, hopefully? Fact 7. Arrived on time for appointment at 8:30 a.m sat in dealership for 5-1/2 hrs. With ZERO updates. Service writer says we got ya buttt.... Fact #8. They were lacking seal kit to swap wheels to complete work. WTH? 2 50cent rubber O rings they couldn't aquire in 5-1/2 hours. Or better yet when they ordered ALL PARTS. Why did they not get all parts. WTH. Fact # 10. Arrived this A.M. for 8 a.m. appointment, said appointment was set by assistant manager. Pulled in, everyone said can we help you like they were clueless? Said sure told them my name and why I was there. They were convinced I had no appointment looking through appointments. WTH? Fact #11. So I said get my parts I'll take my truck elsewhere as you'll don't have a clue. Fact #12. Carry gets very load and agitated says "my name is carry I'm take care of you. Very angrily and load, and heard all the others saying I had no appointment. Didn't speak up, until after I demanded my parts to take to a real professional facility. This fella has anger issues. Fact#13. IF YOU DONT TAKE THIS REVIEW SERIOUSLY. DONT SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!!! Fact #14. NEVER EVER WILL I OR ALL OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS EVER USE THIS FACILITY. More

We bought a truck with a 30 day warranty. The transmission has now went out and since we have drove more than 1000 miles we are SOL. The dealership said there was nothing that they could do about it. You should not sale vehicles with bad transmissions and then do nothing about it to help your customers. Very disappointed. More
Be extremely careful when requesting service. You want to ask for an estimate before allowing them to do any repairs. I made the mistake by asking for 2 broken lug bolts and nuts to be replaced and never asked for an estimate. I trusted that cost would not be terrible but was surprised with a bill for over $650. My wife took the car to Leith and spoke with Kerry Blevins, service advisor. Yes we did make the mistake by not asking for an estimate before approving the work and trusted that if it were to be a huge bill, we would be told beforehand. ASK FOR AN ESTIMATE BEFOREHAND........ In September 2023, I purchased a 2024 Honda CRV from Leith Aberdeen (even driving over 100 miles to them) and that was the best decision I could have made. My salesperson, Isabella Ortega, was professional, courteous, and made the entire car buying experience PLEASANT. I had been looking, researching, and test driving vehicles since June and talked to way more salespeople than I wanted. But I hit the jackpot with Isabella. I put down a deposit after finding out that they had a car at the factory being built in the exact trim/color that I wanted. Isabella kept me informed every step of the way from the time it left the factory to when it arrived on their lot in Aberdeen. Ironically, my local dealer called me a couple of days before I made my purchase official. Could I have gotten my refund back from Aberdeen and stayed local to purchase? Sure could have—but the experience I got in working with Isabella made the trip worth it. Their price was fair on both my purchase and my trade in. I walked away happy—which is all anyone can ask when making this large of a purchase. I would definitely recommend Isabella and Leith Honda in Aberdeen. P.S. Don’t want to leave out--my dealings with Alfredo Perez De Leon (business manager) was also pleasant and efficient. He couldn’t have been nicer! More
I don’t even know where to start. We have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and thought very highly of them. My last car was a trade-in and I got what I thought was a really nice vehicle. But after 2 weeks it broke down leaving me stranded out far from my home. We had it towed and immediately called the dealership to see if they could help. We were told “No” because I did not purchase an extended warranty. Mind you at this point. I have only had the car for two weeks! I was told that if I return the car, it would be a repossession on my credit, and I was told that if I wanted to do a trade, and I would have to go through that entire process all over again, meaning, putting money down and running my credit so naturally, I declined those two options. We then took it to the Kia dealership who said the motor was no good and needed to be replaced. They have had my car at the Kia dealership ship for two weeks and I have spent over $2000 on repairs that should have been checked at this dealership. I had to replace a starter and battery and the fuel pump prior to getting the engine replaced. I was not offer a loaner buy lead Honda or any type of diagnostic review. They didn’t even want me to bring the car back to the dealership so that they could properly assess the damage/repairs. So here I am stuck now with a $3000 bill for a car that I just purchased and I still have to pay my car note and I have no way of getting around because I cannot afford a rental car. Please do not trust them. Make sure that you get an extended warranty on any car that you purchased here. I thought I could trust them but they have not attempted to reconcile at all and today makes the 30 days that I purchased a vehicle I bought it on April 8 and today is now May 8. More
