Exceptional service from beginning to end On Black Friday I visited Leith Honda to shop for a new vehicle. He also helped me get the best trade in possible for my old vehicle. During the sale he made sure I was comfortable with the trade as well as my monthly payments on my new vehicle. During the test drive Brett was very well educated on every feature the car had to offer and answered any questions I had. After the sale was made I meet with Jeremy in finance who was also very helpful in getting me the extended warranty I wanted for my new 2014 Honda CRV. I just bought a 2015 Honda Civic LX at Leith Honda, Raleigh NC. I experienced one of the best customer service. My first representative was Daniel Harris, and the other Josh David. I went not knowing much about new cars and leave feeling as if I was a pro at telling about new Honda cars. I had a small budget, however, I went through their finance company and got a great interest rate (I mean, one of the best interest rates, even though I never had an auto loan before). At first, I didn't want to go with their finance but they have encouraged me and it was really the best choice I ever made, in term of buying a car. Daniel took me for a test drive on roads that was safe. He was cognizant of the fact that a new car can be a little uncomfortable, therefore the test drive felt comfortable as I drove on safe roads with little traffic. He asked questions during and after the test, just to make sure that I was comfortable with my choice. I left with a brand new car at a very good low price and an excellent interest rate, because they wouldn't stand by and allow me to go home without owning a New car. While being there, I didn't miss being away from home. Daniel offered coffee and water and see to it that I was more than comfortable. I didn't feel rushed or not being respected. I was shown respect and was treated as a valued customer. I saw tiredness in Daniel's eyes; however, this couldn't be seen throughout his actions. He was full of energy and excitement. He was like a friend, yet still, in a very professional way, as he went through all the necessary paper work with me. I went to other car dealers before Leith; however, I purchase here mostly because they've put customer first. I would recommend all my friends to go and see Leith, ask for Daniel Harris and you will most likely walk away with a car. More
