In April 2026 I purchased a pre owned 20255 Odyssey, with twenty five thousand miles on it for $43,000. When I got the car home, I realized that I did not have a second key and there were no owners manual ma twenty five thousand miles on it for $43,000. When I got the car home, I realized that I did not have a second key and there were no owners manual materials in the glove compartment. When I contacted the salesperson I worked with, Leon, I was told that the car was sold "as is" and that I wasn't entitled to a second key or to the owner's manual materials. Since the car had been sitting on the Leith Acura lot and had been brought over to Leith Honda for me to test drive, I was told that it wasn't their car. I'm at the Leith Honda dealership now to get the second key made for $325. Just met with the sales manager who has agreed to order the owner's manual materials and have them sent to my home. When I purchased the car, it didn't occur to me that I would have to request the owner's manual materials and a second key for the vehicle. This dealership argued with me about whether I was entitled to the key and the owners manual materials with my $43,000 purchase. I'm very pleased with the service department but I would not recommend this dealership for purchasing a new or a pre owned Honda vehicle. More
