My sales person, Nahru was very helpful with every step of the process. He definitely knows his product. He takes the time to listen to your needs and presents the best possible buying solution. He makes the process seamless. Josh Greene was also very helpful in explaining all of the paperwork. Additionally, they had everything ready for me to sign when I arrived. I appreciate that they were respectful of my time. I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. There is something to be said for consistency. This has been my experience with all three of my purchases from Leith. One aspect that often gets overlook…the guys in the detail shop…THANK YOU! My vehicle was spotless when I picked it up. Great Salesman, Great Car We went into Leith Honda knowing we want a used CR-V. Another dealership had already tried talking us into new or leasing, ignoring what we had said. Michael saw that we know what we wanted and only showed us the CR-Vs. He was knowledgeable and let us take our time looking everything over. The test drive covered back roads and highway so we could get a good feel for how the car drove. We went over the packet in the that contained the CarFax and Kelley Blue Book information. That was supremely important in making our decision to purchase the car. He made the purchase process low-stress which I will forever appreciate. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I would highly recommend working with Michael. More
