I expect a reasonable level of respect and professionalism from any business that I visit and spend my hard earned money with. Needless to say, when it came to a very significant purchase such as MY 1st CAR!!!, customer service was much more important than my actual purchase. I was extremely blessed to have worked with Mr. Gavin Davis and Mr. Max Alexander yesterday and I felt 100% comfortable with my purchase. They were patient with me, answered all my questions thoroughly, and did a wonderful job multi-tasking. Even though it was near closing and there were at least 3 customers to be serviced after me, I never felt rushed. I felt as though I received undivided attention. Even though I wasn't buying a $20,000.00 car, I still felt as though they valued my business equivalently to that of a customer who was spending more money. Even my quick interaction with Hugh Bodenstine, was memorable. Mr. Bodenstine was professional, personable and genuine in his interaction with me. I attribute it to both the agent (Wally) and to Leith's management, since a salesman can't make the experience pleasant without the support and work of management. I saw and drove the Honda CR/V Friday amid a very low-pressure sales presentation--all questions answered and no "push" to get me to buy. We didn't even talk price. When I decided to purchase the car on Saturday, I checked the Internet for prices, printed out the best, and went to Leith, the dealer closest to me. They agreed to meet the price without hesitation and worked smoothly and quickly to conclude the transaction in only 2 hours. Wally, going far beyond what was expected of him, offered to drive the car to my home if I would bring him back (I was driving a rental and wondering how one person could get two cars back home). This was the most enjoyable and hassle-free auto purchase I have ever made. There were no last-minute "hidden" fees or any of the other problems we always hear about. Leith Honda has my vote for best agency, period. More

There was never any push from him either way and Hugh made sure that we had all the information we needed to make all our car buying decisions. Even after the sale was final Hugh took the time to go over all the important car features for my wife and help her setup some of the more difficult ones to save her some time in her transition to learning all the features.
