I had some issues with paint runs in my brand new Accord, Honda corp was a joke. At this point I would give Leith 5 stars except...... My girlfriend on the way home tells me she needs to tell me something. While I was out swapping my led lights out into my new car my sales guy was asking personal questions and about our relationship. Asking her if she could cook and asked her for her number so he could come over for dinner. When she said he could get up with me to work that out ,he stated " I rather go straight to the source and he doesn't need to be home" I am really glad she told me after we left the dealership because I would have lost it. His business ethics need some serious work! Did you think she wouldn't say anything to me? And your wearing a wedding ring, shame on you man! More

Great experience! I gave them a few options of what I wanted, and they absolutely met my expectations. It began with a string of e-mails between me and sales. They gave me a quote, and I came in for an wanted, and they absolutely met my expectations. It began with a string of e-mails between me and sales. They gave me a quote, and I came in for an appraisal during my lunch. The appraisal process was pretty quick (~30 minutes). They gave me the updated quote via e-mail after I returned to work, and I made it in later that night to look at the cars. In general, there were no surprises regarding the cost of the vehicle, despite my skepticism upon return. The biggest question from them was, "what color do you want?" Thankfully I was able to take advantage of one of their leasing deals which put me into a Civic for $199/month (slightly less than advertised because of my trade). I even got a little something extra due to a mistake on their end. The advertised lease was for a 2013, but in my e-mails they quoted the price as a 2014. Their integrity is no question to me as there was no attempt to backout or change the quote cost from them. They backed their quote and I lucked out. This is my first Honda, and everything has been great thus far. Thanks guys! See you in three years! More

I purchased my very first Honda in June 2013. My salesman, Dave Crowell, made the whole buying experience easy and less painful than any other car I have purchased. I love my Honda Accord! Dave told me that when it was time to get a car for my daughter to come see him and he would help us find the best car for her and our budget. Well he made good on his promise! He patiently worked with us on appraising our trade-in and test driving Civics to see what would be best for her. I don't think going through the "negotiating" process for a car will ever be completely pain free, but Dave makes it as close as it could possibly be. Dave and our Business Manager, Gavin Davis, took time to explain everything about the car buying process to my 18 year-old daughter. It was a great life lesson for her.
