Upon my arrival at Leith Honda on Monday, February 25 at 5:30pm, I was immediately greeted by one of your representatives. I asked to speak with Mr. Nahru Williams. Mr. Williams was very highly recommended 5:30pm, I was immediately greeted by one of your representatives. I asked to speak with Mr. Nahru Williams. Mr. Williams was very highly recommended by several of my acquaintances. Mr. Williams and I discussed my needs, wants and price range with respects to purchasing another vehicle. We then went for a test drive in a 2008 Honda Element. Mr. Williams was very knowledgeable about this model and pointed out specifics that would appeal to me (referencing our discussion). After my test drive, Mr. Williams and I proceeded to discuss cost and financing. We discussed additional amenities and services available for the Element that Honda offers. Needless to say, in less than two hours of meeting with Mr. Williams, I am the proud owner of a 2008 Honda Element. This is my second Honda purchased at Leith Honda. I had purchased a 2010 civic and loved it. However, traveling long distances is less than desirable. I love the new CR-V and wanted to trade my Civic for the CR-V. In over 40 years of car buying experience, buying a car at Leith Honda from Marvin was in a league of its own. He quietly and politely approached us and showed an Accord we were interested in. Then he wa at Leith Honda from Marvin was in a league of its own. He quietly and politely approached us and showed an Accord we were interested in. Then he walked around the lot with us and a cold and rainy night to look at other Accords. As promised the next cold and rainy morning, Marvin had a car for us to test drive, parked under the big wide overhangs. We drove the EX and fell in love with the remote camera features and electric seat and decided to upgrade with no pressure. Marvin knows his cars and spent time explaining all the buttons and features, before we took it for a test drive. Afterward we came back and started the purchasing process which was as easy as shopping online. We had to leave for two hours due to a previous appointment and came back to just sign and drive home! In less than 24 hours we had a new car in our garage. Marvin is extremely knowledgeable about Hondas and has a great personality. Leith Honda is well organized and everyone there is customer centric. The huge overhangs that allow you to get out of your car and not get wet was genius. The finance manager Jackie was well organized and professional. The only improvement would be to find a way to put all of the paperwork on a CD! More

Dino was very sensitive to my situation and did everything he could to help put me in the CR-V that I wanted. I needed to go home and think about it. Dino was patient and was there to answer questions when I called back. Dino was a true pleasure to deal with. I will be recommending him to anyone looking for a car.
