Our experience was great, we had no intension of buying the night we visited, we just stopped by to look, the Staff as a whole was really Outstanding and made us feel no less than we where very important a the night we visited, we just stopped by to look, the Staff as a whole was really Outstanding and made us feel no less than we where very important and the goal was to only make us happy and doing everything they could to make sure we where satisfied and had just what we wanted, this was the most important to them, for that alone I give this Dealership high marks, we've had some hard times in our past and have been made to feel out of place from time to time, for things that where out of our hands, so the way they where with us was very impressive, there was a time many, many, many years ago that we had a not so good experience with Leith and we had no intentions of every going back, however we did (because things do change) and I can't say enough about how great our experience was. Whomever the Manager is over Leith Honda (in my opinion) if you cont. to have your staff treat everyone as they did us, I believe you will cont. to be successful, the feeling the customer recieves is still the most important compliments a business can receive, along with employee satisfaction, when you are happy with your job it SHOWS....Our sales person was just Awesome, he ran all over the place and never once made us feel nothing but important. This is our 3rd Honda and our experience was Great. Thanks More

We then went for a test ride in the Honda Accord EXL-V-6/Nav model for 2013. I was impressed with all the new features and also impressed with Paul, his patience, the devotion of his time to get me familiar with the systems on the car, and getting me the brochures I needed to look at to decide on the desired model. He worked up a price quote for the vehicle we test drove and told me he would match any other Honda dealer quote. I told Paul straight up that I had not done my homework on the 2013 model prices and was not ready to buy that day. I assured him that I was going to buy a new Honda within a week because I had already sold my 2000 Honda Accord EXL-V6. I went home that Saturday, got online, and started requesting price quotes from (7) other Honda dealers in my area. I called Paul back (6) days later and told him I was ready to buy a new Honda. He told me it was his day off but he would wait for me to get there and get someone to help me. Upon arrival, Paul introduced me to Frank Malfara and updated Frank on our discussions because he had to leave. Frank and me then went to his office and I then got out my lowest price quote and gave it to him. Frank took a quick glance at the quote and immediately started preparing paper work. I could not believe what was happening. There was no haggling or pressure on pricing. Frank even lowered the price a little to get the the math to come out even numbers. It was the easiest car buying experience off my life and I am now 67 years old. The final paperwork was very surprising as well. I was then introduced to Doug Swords and he went over and explained everything available for my new car care including the extended warranty. I was not pressured to buy any of the many options available for new car care. I only purchased what I felt like I might need, nothing more, nothing less. The car buying was fun until I had to write the check. O well, I guess they can't give them away. More

I had been looking around for several weeks when I visited the Leith Honda dealership on Capital Blvd before Christmas. Mr. Oliver approached me, introduced himself, and I test drove a 2011 Honda Rid visited the Leith Honda dealership on Capital Blvd before Christmas. Mr. Oliver approached me, introduced himself, and I test drove a 2011 Honda Ridgeline. Mr Oliver was very informative but was not "pushy" or overbearing. Mr. Oliver followed up with a phone call but I opted not to purchase the used 2011 Honda Ridgeline. On January 2 or 3rd, I called Mr. Oliver back to inquire about the 2012 Honda Ridgeline on the lot. Mr. Oliver returned my call and I also spoke to Mr. Harris at that time. Mr. Harris provided an out the door price and I advised Mr. Harris that I would re-visit the dealership on Monday Jan 7th. On Jan 7th, I completed the pre-approval application on line and spoke to Mr. Oliver. On Jan 8th, I met Mr Oliver shortly after 11am and test drove the 2012 Honda Ridgeline. Again, Mr. Oliver was informative and pointed out numerous features. I decided to purchase the vehicle and Mr. Oliver and Mr. Swords was very prompt in completing the paperwork. Mr. Harris also introduced himself during the process. In regard to additional options, vehicle warranty etc, they were explained but I did not feel pressure to make any purchases. Throughout my adulthood, I have purchased many types of vehicles: Fords, Nissans, and Jeeps, this was one of the most pleasant no-nonsense experiences so far. At the conclusion of the paperwork, Mr. Olievr showed me the Service Dept and introduced me to one of the supervisors. All the staff that I encountered had a very pleasant demeanor and were friendly. Great price, great experience, and was fully informed. I would highly recommend Mr. Oliver to my friends, co-workers, and acquaintances. More
