I Bought a 2012 honda from this dealer the sales rep was nice and provided me with the infor i needed. But the finance manager had only his interest at mind. He offered me an extended warranty for $2000. wh nice and provided me with the infor i needed. But the finance manager had only his interest at mind. He offered me an extended warranty for $2000. which i turned down.He asked me how much i was willing to pay i told him nothing more than $500 and he said he was going to do me a favor and use a coupon so i can get it for that amount. When he gave me the papers to sign the price for the extended warranty was $1,787, i asked why that amount he said for buying the extended warranty the bank had agreed to lower my interest rate from 5.45% to 2.99%. which i found hard to believe because it all happended in less than a minute, i asked him if i decide to cancel the warranty will i be able to do so? he said yes i can cancel it within 90 days, After one month i went back to cancel the warrany he said i cudnt cancel it i have to wait for atleast 2months, so i decided to go get the car refinanced by my bank. so when he found out that i got my bank to refinance the car he was upset and wouldnt even let me use a pen to fill out the warranty cancellation forms. if you decide to get a car from them be very careful. If u buying a new car u may not need the extended warranty that they offer. More
