My daughter wanted a 2013 Honda Accord so we she ended up talking to Paul Boyd. Not only did he find the car that she wanted but he was able to get the car for the price she wanted. Absolutely terrible service. Brought a new (5000 miles) Honda for a service with a broken AC. They first assured me that this would be covered by the warranty. Then they claimed that an object entered the Honda for a service with a broken AC. They first assured me that this would be covered by the warranty. Then they claimed that an object entered the condenser because of me, denied warranty and asked for $650. After I declined, they still charged me $100 for "service". I am convinced that they sold me a broken car and then tried to make more money. More

Melanie, the service tech, was wonderful. She kept me up to date on the repairs and costs. Henry, the repairman, worked very hard to fix my problem, which took most of the day.
