This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. N. Williams saw me in the parking lot looking and quickly sent Mr. Jason Williams who was extremely helpful. Actually it was funny that I was test driving a car from the jeep dealership, and told Jason if I did not get what I wanted and the bottom line conducive to me, I was going back and purchase that car. He called one of the manager's N. Williams and the deal was on. Mr. Williams was extremely professional and notice even in the midst of negotiating to buy a car, he was training Jason in some areas. That was impressive (teamwork). I got the CRV and the price, int rated negotiated lower and it was fun and serious. These guys never broke a sweat. He answered my questions knowledgeably and went to another dealership to obtain the specific car that I wanted to purchase. Paul Harris, a sales manager, was a great guy who was able to offer me a good price; he and Caleb stuck by that price, making the negotiation as smooth as possible, both with the new car price and the trade-in price. Jacky Hwang, the finance manager, was similarly kind and efficient. None of the team of these three professionals tried to sell me something I didn't need or want. I love my new sassy black Civic and came away upbeat from the process as well as the car. Thanks! More
