First of all, the Honda I came in to look at was actually nicer than expected! My salesman, Jason Jones - Leith Honda in Raleigh, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. At that time, Jason found out just how particular a person I can be and he truly went out of his way with his follow up, attention to detail and did everything he could to make my new Honda purchase a pleasant one! Josh Greene in the Finance Department was also very friendly and helpful. After all the paperwork was printed ready to sign, I decided to make a change. (Oops!) He was extremely courteous and pleasant while he reconfigured the papers. (Was after hours on top of it!!) I am VERY happy with my new Honda Accord!! Thank you! More
