I found the perfect car on Autotrader and it was at Leith Honda. I live in the northern most part of Virginia, near Winchester, and had to trust that the dealer would be fair and square with me. They supplied almost 2 dozen pictures and a CarFax report which allowed me to look the car over and assure it hadn't been in an accident and damaged at any time (it was 4 years old). So, when I e-mailed the dealer Steven responded that same day and supplied even more information. In the end we talked on a handful of occasions, e-mailed a number of times, exchanged information electronically, and I bought the car. The dealership even delivered the car to my home - 250 miles away (for a very reasonable fee). Steven kept me apprised of everything I needed to do and what the status of the deal was at every step of the way. Kudos to him. I would recommend him and your dealership to anyone.
