Our first experience with Leith Honda 4 years ago was great so we decided to come back and purchase a new Honda with this dealer again. I dealt with two sales employees when purchasing my vehicle. The first was Rick Bricker, who showed me the car (a 2009 CR-V) and began the sale process. The second was Jeff Johnson, who sat with me through the long, grueling process dealing with the logistics of car-buying always is. Both Rick and Jeff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout, but I was most impressed with how much Jeff is willing to do for his customers. He relentlessly worked with financing to get me a doable interest rate on a loan (I am new to my current job and banks don't especially love that). He also was willing to work with me to set up a way to get my rental car back to the rental car company. All the while, he shared stories of his family and asked about my work as a new teacher. Although I was at the dealership for around six hours that day, Jeff made it go by a bit more quickly! And of course, now I've got a lovely CR-V with 4WD to get me through the wintry months ex-Floridians don't quite know how to deal with. AND two days after I left the dealership, I brought the car in for a professional shampoo job from the upholstery professional Leith Honda partners with, as I had expressed concerns about darkish orange stains on the driver and front passenger seats. 30 minutes after I came in, the stains were gone and I was good to go. The reason I give my "overall experience" a 4, rather than a 5, is that I didn't enjoy my time with the financing employee. I was pressured 5-6 times to purchase an extended warranty I had already firmly said I didn't want to purchase. More

I visited three dealerships before deciding on Leith Honda. Upon arriving at the dealership near closing time, I was greeted by Rock Ndecke, who took the time to answer all my questions about the Honda Honda. Rock and the staff at Leith took the grief out of the paperwork, and Rock even personally delivered my new Pilot to my workplace, about 25 miles away. The next day, Rock called me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and asked me if I had any questions about the Pilot. My experience with Leith Honda on Capital Blvd. was a very pleasing experience. I had stopped in on August 13th looking possibly to trade in my Honda Accord. He patiently listened and took his time as we shopped the lot, again shopping for my needs and wants not just any vehicle to put me in. Marvin was very knowledgeable on the vehicle type and shared that knowledge with me. Upon finding the vehicle that fit my needs and wants the next proccess of course probably the most stressful is the financing. It was a breeze! Marvin with his wonderful smile, was very patient and very detailed to avenues that could be taken. By saying that I did drive away with the vehicle that I had hoped for. I have to say that all sales personel greeted me with a smile and took the time to say more than just a hello. Hondas are rated a very high rating and Leith Honda with my experience would be rated number one. Marvin Camper as long as he is employed with Honda is not only my future salesmen but is also now a friend. He has since followed up with me in regards to any questions or concerns I may have.
