Upon learning the extent of car repairs we needed we decided to buy a new car so I called and explained my situation and the amount of monthly payment we needed. Marvin walked us around the used lot since we thought we would have to buy a used car and Marvin told us that we could actually purchase a brand new car and have lower payments because of their current promotion. They took my car that needed almost $8,000 in repairs as a trade-in put us in a brand new Honda Accord EX-L with Navigation for close to the monthly payment we wanted (& less months than expected). Marvin did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Leith Honda and Marvin Camp to work with. More

It would not be possible to describe fully why I rated Leith Honda in 5's. I went there because of the integrity, friendliness, truly caring about me as a person not just a customer. I have known & appreciated Donnie Sasser from years of my interaction with him in having questions answered, having service done on my Hondas and his warm, experienced, accurate and trustworthy assistance. When I went to Leith, I connected with 2 more of the staff, actually 3 including the receptionist Kim, who is a delight. Nahru Williams is a remarkable person. He listened to my desires, researched to discover a car that I asked about [another 2010 Civic ] and found 1 on the lot that not only was in excellent condition, reasonable mileage and almost identical to the Civic I no longer had. He is gracious,friendly, helpful, very gifted in his communication and how he related to me. He was literally there for me the whole way through the process, from initial contact to today, when I drove the new-to-me Civic home. Josh Greene, also is the same in the ability to know the who, what, when, where & why of the business aspects of my working with my insurance company, fielding my questions, assisting in finding an excellent affordable loan for the purchase and basically getting all of the paperwork that is required accomplished with warm, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. He helped to untangle some of the details which were challenging me w/ all the details of insurance, financing, faxing, notarizing, etc. These three gentlemen, are priceless in their sincere manner of working with me. I felt very relieved that I had them. Any question or comment that I had were dealt with quite ably and thoughtfully. As I said it was a wonderful experience and I'm so thankful for this team of helpful caring people. More

I was very impressed by the friendliness of all the staff at the Leith dealership. I have a very hard time making decisions, so he helped me weigh out my options. We walked into the dealership to trade in our new 2011 Mitsubishi Endeavor. We had a few quotes from other dealerships and from Car Max, and really liked Honda's reputation. We went to a different Honda dealership first, but their stock was extremely limited. While the manager was very friendly and knowledgeable, the salesman wasn't a good fit for us. Just by chance, we went online, shared some info with Doug Sword, who was wonderful. He emailed right away, and called when he said he would. He took all the information, and by the time we arrived at Leith and met Frank, we felt like things would work out. We went from an Insight, to a Civic, to an Accord, both 4 door and coupe, and finally chose the CR-V. It was a perfect choice for us. Frank listened to our concerns, about payments, comfort, and gas milage. He explained the car thoroughly, and even though he was busy closing another deal when we arrived to pick it up, he put us in great hands, and checked in with us often. Frank was patient, knowledgeable and tried very hard to make a good deal on our trade. We have reccommended him to a few friends, and will continue to do so in the future. We love our new CR-V and couldn't be happier. More

On Aug. 4 I visited Leith Honda in Raleigh to look at the new Accords. My lease period on my 2008 Accord was going to mature on Sept. 20. I had called Honda Financial Services for information on end-of-lease new Accords. My lease period on my 2008 Accord was going to mature on Sept. 20. I had called Honda Financial Services for information on end-of-lease options and requirements, but still had more questions. Marvin Camper greeted me and assisted me promptly. He was very friendly and eager to help. Although I hadn't intended to get a new car that day, I was immediately attracted by a beautiful royal blue 2011 Accord and quickly found myself behind the wheel. During my test drive and at the store, Marvin relieved my concerns by telling me the benefits of trading cars for a new leased car early. Marvin explained that I didn't need to have the 2008 Accord inspected, that no repairs or further maintenance were required, I wouldn't have to make the August 20 payment on the '08, Leith would pay off the remaining lease and I would have no down payment or finance charges on the 2011 Accord. With all that good news, I couldn't think of any reason not to turn in the '08 for the new Accord. I explained that I needed to leave soon for an appointment, so he started the paperwork quickly and we agreed that I would finish on Saturday, Aug. 6. I got the same friendly reception on Saturday. Between Marvin and John Brennan's efficient assistance, we finished the paperwork quickly and they were both thorough in answering my remaining questions. Marvin was able to get me a good discount on the floormats. Marvin, John and I discussed the Simonizing process. On Sunday, Marvin was off duty but answered my call about a couple of smudges on the car. When I returned a few days later, he had arranged for the Simonizing, touchups and a ride to and from a nearby mall. Marvin certainly deserves a bonus for his excellent and personal salesmanship. I've already told several friends and neighbors about my experience at Leith Honda. Since this is my 4th Honda Accord, and the 2nd one from Leith, Marvin and John agreed that I was definitely a loyal customer. More
