I was recently looking to purchase a new car.. I started off at a different dealership, but had felt really uncomfortable there.. There was so much pressure. I decided to drive over to Leith to take a look off at a different dealership, but had felt really uncomfortable there.. There was so much pressure. I decided to drive over to Leith to take a look there. When I arrived there, there were no workers racing each other to make a sale. I got to work with Matt Parsons who listened to everything that I wanted in a car, and he made it happen! I have not been anywhere in years that has provided the excellent service in which Matt Parsons provided at Leith Honda!!! Frank Malfara was by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. This is my fourth Honda and I recommend you go see Frank! This was the 2nd Honda dealer I had visited. Steve Soppa greeted me and took me for a 2011 Honda Fit test drive. I really appreciated his straight talk. He made the usually stressful experience of new car shopping actually pleasant! As I had a '95 Accord that served me well for 218,000 miles, I hadn't shopped for a new car for 16 years. Steve pointed out additional features not mentioned at the first dealer. I never experienced the high pressure and sometimes unscrupulous tactics I've seen in the past with other dealers. And it worked, as I decided to buy this one from Leith. In addition to working with Steve, Brendan Matthews walked me through all the financing paperwork. That, too was a very pleasant experience. I understand the management there promotes this straightforward approach. Kudos to you for my most pleasant and stress-free car buying! More

I was unable to pick the car up from the dealership so Nahru personally delivered the car to my work. I will highly recommend Nahru to everyone I meet that is considering purchasing a new car. I spoke first to Wayne Hunter who answered my initial questions in a straightforward manner then routed me to Steven Bonanza who dealt more directly with me about the pricing of the vehicle. Both were knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and professional. After deciding to purchase the car, I had the pleasure of speaking with Brendan Matthews who expertly took me through all the paper and financial details of the transaction. Brendan was personable and professional, inspiring confidence in his knowledge and trust in his leadership. His demeanor and expertise made him a valued representative of the dealership to the public. The person who really took me through this experience and for whom I am so very grateful is Rick Bricker. Rick was there with a new Civic when I first arrived at the dealership. He discussed with me the finer details of the car while I road-tested the vehicle and he was there absolutely every step of the way after that. He worked to secure the vehicle I wanted, communicating with me as each step moved along. For some period of time, I was on a trip out of town over a long weekend. Despite this, he stayed in touch by phone throughout the time, taking into consideration every concern I mentioned. He was kind, friendly and infinitely helpful. He stood behind his word and inspired trust throughout. I felt I was working with someone who cared about not only the product and it's performance but also about my experience in the process. I came to know him as a man of great integrity, standing behind his word in everything he said, presenting information that might be considered less favorable if it were the truth. He had confidence in Honda and his representation of the car was spot on. He helped me feel confortable and confident in my decision to purchase the car. Rick spent invaluable and unhurried time with me giving me a tutorial on the workings of the car, especially all the electronics and options which surround the driver's seat. He offered sincerely to continue to provide whatever guidance necessary to assist me in getting familiar with the vehicle and he called some days afterward to check on my status and satisfaction. This was a superb experience with a truly wonderful person. I would recommend anyone to him specifically. He took the best care of me ever and, despite having bought many cars over many years, this was the most wonderful person and the very best experience of all. More

This was one of the most positive car buying experiences I have ever had! The salesman, Jason, took the time to hear what I was looking for and what I needed. When we got to the point that I had commited to buying the car, Jacky, the nations top rated finance man (according to everyone around that I talked to), took the time to explain to me my options and how to get the best deal. He worked his magic with the banks and boom! I was in my new car! I felt like I had friends at the dealership when I left. That experience is the reason why I give this dealership and it's employees the best possible rating one can give. More
