While waiting for scheduled service to be performed on my previously owned Honda Accord I went out on the lot to look at the new Odyssedy vans. Jason came out to assist me. I told him I was not really interested in buying just being curious; he was still willing to take the time to show me a couple of the different Odyssey models. Jason gave me his business card in case I decided to come back. We worked together for about 2 weeks over via emails and phone calls. Jason was very patient and always returned my phone call or responded to my emails in a timely manner. When I went to the dealership to purchase a van Jason was very professional and willing to spend as much time as needed to answered my questions. I left Leith that day very happy with a "new" Odyssey. I also had to work with the service dept after I purchased the van due to a malfunction. Initially I was angry because I was already having problems with a van I had bought < 24 hours ago. I took the van back to Leith and Jason was there to help again. We took the van to the service dept where Ed took over. He too, was also very kind and professional to me. Ed made arrangements to get me back to work while they diagnosed what was wrong with the van. Ed assured me, several times, that Leith stood behind their vehicles 100% and they would make sure everything was OK with the van before returning it to me. It was the end of the work day, Jason and Ed made arrangements to bring the van back to me. When they returned the van, Ed (who is very knowledgable) took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong and how they fixed it. After he assured me one last time...I was happy to take the van back that day with the same confidence I had in it the day I bought it. To make my long story short...I feel like everyone, especially Jason and Ed, went above and beyond to meet my expectations and to provide the services I needed. I think that Leith Honda's employees are very dedicated to their customers and want them to be happy and confident when they leave. As a woman shopping for a car alone, car shopping has been a frustrating experience for me until I went to Leith Honda. Steve was quick to answer all my questions when I sent in an email request (which a been a frustrating experience for me until I went to Leith Honda. When I showed up for my appointment, they already had the car we had discussed out and ready even though I was early. Craig was a refreshing change to work with during my car shopping experience. He was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. I never felt pressured to buy, but then again they had exactly what I wanted there. When it came to financing, I worked with Jacky. He patiently answered all my questions and waited while I decided what to do in regards to the extended warranty and additional protection options. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and one I would recommend to anyone out car shopping. More

I worked with salesman John Ellis. He was really great, decribing the features of the CRV and the Pilot, which we ended up chosing the Pilot. No high pressure sales pitch!! Gave us plenty of time to test decribing the features of the CRV and the Pilot, which we ended up chosing the Pilot. No high pressure sales pitch!! Gave us plenty of time to test drive and look at all the features of each vehicle. Was very upfront with us about vehicle information, pricing, and financing options. Very friendly and easy to work with. On the financing side, I worked with Ed Vaughan. Once again, he was extremely friendly and knowledable on the paperwork process. Carried me through each step of the process and informed me of my different options, including adding an extended warranty. Very efficient and considerate of my time. If I had to add some constructive criticsm, it would be the number of sales people standing around outside. I already had an appt. with a specific salesperson, so it was not an issue for me. My initial impression though was that it seemed like they were looking for customers to pounce on as soon a they got out of their cars. I do understand wanting to give good customer service but maybe could be a little less obtrusive. More
