The longest we had to wait was maybe fifteen minutes while they collected paperwork. It is safe to say that nobody likes paperwork, but the process at Leith went quickly and smoothly; I test drove a car and brought it home the next day! Overall great experience. Issues with the vehicle were dealt with in a timely manner and the only issue for the dealership I saw was space and cleanliness.
