I worked with salesman John Ellis. He was really great, decribing the features of the CRV and the Pilot, which we ended up chosing the Pilot. No high pressure sales pitch!! Gave us plenty of time to test decribing the features of the CRV and the Pilot, which we ended up chosing the Pilot. No high pressure sales pitch!! Gave us plenty of time to test drive and look at all the features of each vehicle. Was very upfront with us about vehicle information, pricing, and financing options. Very friendly and easy to work with. On the financing side, I worked with Ed Vaughan. Once again, he was extremely friendly and knowledable on the paperwork process. Carried me through each step of the process and informed me of my different options, including adding an extended warranty. Very efficient and considerate of my time. If I had to add some constructive criticsm, it would be the number of sales people standing around outside. I already had an appt. with a specific salesperson, so it was not an issue for me. My initial impression though was that it seemed like they were looking for customers to pounce on as soon a they got out of their cars. I do understand wanting to give good customer service but maybe could be a little less obtrusive. More

My Husband and I really was not looking to buy when we went to the Honda Dealership. We had not made up our minds, we had been looking at mini vans. Glen was real helpful. This Odyssey has more controls than an airplane.Glenn was great, he walked us thru to the service department and introduced us to every one making us feel like family. I would of liked to of got it for less but I am satisfied. I have bought the last 3 cars from Ford the is the first Honda we have ever owned and I would recommend Honda Highly to anyone looking to buy weather it is a new or used car. The STAFF is GREAT! I was looking for a car for $6000.00. The salesman showed me a few cars in the back lot. I opened up the door and it smelled like puke. It was horrible and the car was trashed. He said what do you expect for $6000.00. He said I have another one here also, the car was just as bad and the engine was making a loud noise. he said it was the way that car sounded. I was not impressed, he said they go fast so if I do not buy now they would be gone. He had a smirk on his face , I had cash in my pocket, he said to put it down and finance the rest on a more expensive car. He tried to pressure me into buying something I did not want. More
