We recently bought a new van from Leith Honda, dealing specifically with Steve Soppa. The ONLY reason we bought our van from Leith was Steve. He was sincere and honest and we did not run into any of the specifically with Steve Soppa. The ONLY reason we bought our van from Leith was Steve. He was sincere and honest and we did not run into any of the 'old school' car salesman tactics. I assure if we had, I would have walked away from Leith. We actually got a better price by a couple hundreds dollars, but we wanted to deal with Steve specifically. He was very communicative and kept me updated every step of the way, we wanted a specific color and there was not one in the state of NC. After I got to Leith, it became clear that the other dealers had sent me bait-and-switch quotes for a car at a lower trim level than I requested. Leith may not have responded to my e-quote request, but at least they didn't send me a bait-and-switch offer. Love my new car! More
I had a very unique situation where my car died and needed a solution. Bobby and Jacky (finance) were able to work a deal that put me in a new car and on my way to better things!!!
