He knew how to keep the customer from getting frustrated and disappointed. He understand the family dynamic of 'first car for a daughter'. He met us as we drove into the lot and stayed with us the entire time. While the process takes a while, there's alot of money at stake, so he knew how to break the process up into pieces where the interest stays and no frustration. We had a great experience with Leith Honda. We got a great quote online and already had the numbers worked out before I got to the store. So, no going back and forth when we were at the dealership. I went in looking for a new car and out I drove with the car of my dreams. I needed a car to transport my 85 year old mother and the Honda CRV was the perfect.
