My experience with my salesman, Mr. Riddick, and the staff at Leith was nothing short of great. I have dealt with many salesmen/saleswomen and dealerships through the years. He went well beyond my expectations in helping me make a decision between models and closing the deal. Also, while my new car was being prepared for delivery, he helped me pack things up from my trade in and even carefully peeled off a DOD base pass that I would have to turn in. I also appreciated the willingness of the sales manager to meet with me individually to help finish negotiating the deal. I only have one complaint...being asked to watch some sort of video about getting the new car Simonized....hey people...that's just not cool or classy! Leith Honda, and Mr. Riddick in particular, will work exceptionally hard to earn your trust and business. I did some homework, shopped around, and simply got the best deal with them. More

We were able to narrow our vehicle selection down quickly and once we decided and it was determined that they did not have what we wanted at any of their dealerships Blake quickly went to work finding a vehicle that met our desires. There was never any pressure to select one of the vehicles from there inventory and they gave us the quoted price even though they had to get the vehicle from another dealer. When we picked the vehicle up Blake spent several hours demonstrating many of the features, most of which were complicated to us, especially the navigation and handsfree systems. When we left we were completely comfortable that we new what we needed to know and had the resources to figure out the rest. I would both recommend this dealership and salesman very highly. More

I wish that I had talked with finance officer the day before about the warranty options so that I would have been able to make a more informed decision.....felt a little pushed into that, as I was under the impression that I could purchase that warranty at any time during the 3 yr./36 month warranty period. He informed us about everything we need to know and patiently answered every question that we can think of at that time. That was Friday, March 18. We were so satisfied with his presentation. Actually we never went to another dealership. On March 22, we closed the deal and today, March 25, we brought home a new, 2011 Honda Accord Sedan (Red) with all the features that we want. This dealership is awesome on so many levels. Russ Clark responded so quickly to my online application. Then Marvin Camper, my sales representative was so kind and efficient. I rode from Greenville to the dealership in Raleigh when I got off work and everyone was so nice when I arrived from opening doors to offering refreshments. Jacky the finance manager worked miracles getting me financed and that man is talented. The same finance company denied me in Greenville so he definitely knows how to put a deal together for his customers.I was the last customer to leave the dealership that evening and I left it in a brand spanking new 2011 Honda civic. I can't begin to tell you how ecstatic I am to be driving my beautiful new car and I am equally satisfied with the journey getting here to this point.
