Good experience with a caveat. This is a 5 star review, but if I could select 4.5 stars I would. Not because of the employees though. The ones I had contact with get 5 stars. To better understand this review it must be broken into two parts. The people. The dealership. My back story is I'm from out of State and bought from this dealership because they had a very particular car that is somewhat hard to find. This car purchase was probably the 15th in my lifetime. The people... Russ Mann was my salesman and he was great. Does what he says and is on top of things. You can't go wrong with Russ. Ask for him by name. Alex Smith was the finance guy and the experience with him was also good. No problems. Annie (I don't know her last name). She deals with the titles after the sale and you'll probably never have contact with her due to that. I had to interact with her as my State only allows 9 business days to register a car before penalties. She was a pleasure and did all she could to make sure the paperwork was received on time. All three of these people are an asset to the dealership. The dealership... This is by no means a reflection on the people I dealt with as they have no control over dealership policy. My complaint is the $600 doc fee the dealership charges which is completely outrageous. That almost sunk our deal. I realize all dealerships charge a doc fee (or as I call "additional dealer profit"), but $600? That's crazy to me. Maybe it's normal in NC, I don't know. It's far more than I've ever seen throughout my years of buying cars. So there you go. An honest review. More
