Leith Toyota

On Saturday, Feb. 27, I brought my 2013 Venza to Leith for routine service and when I was finished, before leaving the dealership, I asked my service assistant Ana if there were any new Venza’s in the Sho for routine service and when I was finished, before leaving the dealership, I asked my service assistant Ana if there were any new Venza’s in the Showroom. Ana said she did not believe there were any in the showroom, but there were some on the lot and a sales associate would be happy to assist. I did not seek a sales associate at the time, as I just wanted to “see” the new Venza. I walked out of the showroom to look at the Venza parked right outside the front door. I checked out the exterior, looked in the windows and read the sticker, I then went back inside and took a quick look in the showroom for a potential sales associates and walked up to Austin and asked if I could take a look at the new Venza. I told him I was a current Venza owner who was just leaving after my routine service and only wanted to take a look at the new Venza before leaving. Austin was very approachable and enthusiastic about showing me the new Venza. When walking out of the showroom, Austin said that there was also a Bizzard Pearl model on the lot as well (Austin did not know, but when I purchased my 2013 Venza, Blizzard Pearl would have been my preference, but Leith did not have any available at that time). Austin had just the right amount of enthusiasm, NOT pushy and was very knowledgeable about the features of the Venza. Austin showed me the different features of the Venza and we talked for a while, he then asked if I wanted to take it for a drive to experience the new Venza. At first I was hesitant for a couple reasons…I came to Leith on Saturday to service my 2013 Venza (which I have been completely thrilled with for the past eight years), I wanted to look at the new Venza before leaving and had NO plans to purchase one. Anyway, I did take the Venza for a drive and I knew when I pulled out of the lot, that the new Venza was for me. When I returned, I told Austin, yes, I would like it and Austin took it from there…he very quickly put the wheels in motion and it was EASY!! I had an appointment that I had to leave for and we completed everything but the financial piece. When I returned at 4:30 pm Austin met me and we quickly finished up and then Brandon completed the “paperwork” with me. Also, an exceptional experience with Brandon as well! Austin worked with me to get to the price that I was comfortable with. He is very personable, genuine and has a great spirit. His knowledge and sense of pride in his job is very much customer focused. Thank You Austin for showing me the new Venza! I appreciate your patience, understanding, the quick turn-around, especially the time you took with me before I left after the sale was completed to show me the most important features. Also, for adding your cellphone number in my contacts of my cellphone and conveying first-class customer service beyond the sale! I look forward to seeing you when I am back for my routine service appointments! I purchased my first car in my life in 2013 (2000 Avalon from Leith, when you were at the old location on Capital Blvd.), my second purchase was the 2013 Venza with Leith at your current location (Alan Benson was my sales associate…great experience as well) and now the 2021 Venza. Leith has serviced my vehicles through all these years and will continue to. I am an extremely happy and satisfied customer and have ALWAYS had the best experiences at Leith!!! More
