Worst service i have ever had. I had a 1;30 appointment for oil change and tire rotatation. After 1.5 hours i asked what was taking so long. Service manager told me only 15 more minutes and it would be don for oil change and tire rotatation. After 1.5 hours i asked what was taking so long. Service manager told me only 15 more minutes and it would be done. He Lied. Truck was not even in service bay until 3:15. It was 4:15 when i finally got in truck to leave the dealership. Two Hours and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. What a freaking joke! Most unorganized place i have ever seen. More
