I was left in the dark for 3 days, starting on the day I was told it would be available. Which is frustrating because I need to manage a work schedule, but couldn’t due to lack of communication. I had to call the office and get routed to a different sales rep. The interactions with the sales rep on the day of pickup was professional and cordial. Where I think you could improve the process (not the people), is to ensure the vehicle built is verified as complete before the buyer arrives. Instead I spent time inspecting the vehicle, whereas someone should have done this ahead of time, and then showed me when I arrived. The sales rep knew I would arrive at noon, and had to leave at 3:00 to pick up a child from school. I was told this is plenty of time. Instead, I waited and waited for over 3 hours, and in the end did not get a completely clean vehicle. Stickers taken off during the fuel up left adhesive on the windows. Didn’t have time for a car wash. Vehicle waited for 3 hours in service to complete the install, even though though it was known when I would arrive and when I needed to leave 24 hours before hand. So now if I want to complete the process, to have a clean vehicle, and to get oriented on my new vehicle (which did not happen), I need to take more time out of my own schedule, to compensate for the failures in preparation at Leith Toyota. An exciting day was made frustrating with bad service and poor efficiency. And in the end, I get to pay for it anyway, including the extended service. And I had to find alternative transportation for my son, because it was impossible to pick him up on time. I can only pray that post purchase service is ironed out much better! More

Easy to work with. Made car buying a breeze! I had no intentions of buying a truck when I pulled into the lot. I even tried to shop around but Leith was able to beat any deal others were offering. The next day I sealed the deal and bought the truck! Johnathan got the paperwork together before I showed up and the process was quick and easy. The service was great, even got the kids cookies and hot chocolate while they waited! I highly recommend Leith Toyota and Johnathan especially on their level of detail, willingness to work on a great deal and the customer service. Oh, and the truck is great as well! More

Went above and belong expectations! I had been looking into several cars for a few weeks and contacted salesman Jonathan Davison to help me find the car I had been looking for. Once I told him what kind of car I was looking for he transferred the car to his dealership and we set up a time where I would be able to come in and view the car. The customer service I received while viewing/test driving the car was exceptional, even though the car wasn't a Toyota Jonathan took the time to look up all the ins and outs of the vehicle before I came into the dealership so that he would be able to show me. I would also give an A+ on the pricing, I gave them a price range that I was looking to stay in and they were able to meet my expectations. Overall I give my experience with this dealership an A+ and would recommend Jonathans services to anyone who is in the market for a new car!! More
