One satisfied lady!! I must say from my first encounter with TK at Leith Toyota I was extremely impressed. TK was more than friendly and extremely helpful. There was NO going back and forth trying to negotiate a price. I was not able to take my Lexus home the day of purchase because a part had to be ordered.
