The finance part took a little longer then it should have because I was trading in a car and had equity in the car I was trading and the person in the finance department took it upon himself to include all the money that I had in equity as part of my down payment when I told him from the beginning I had not decided how much I wanted to include as a down payment and we ended up having to do my whole contract over.
