Excellent Car Purchase When In A Pinch I was in need of a new vehicle immediately based on the news that morning of a bad transmission on my 2004 minivan. The vehicle I use is for my job a I was in need of a new vehicle immediately based on the news that morning of a bad transmission on my 2004 minivan. The vehicle I use is for my job as a painter as well as transportation for my 2 small children to and from school, etc... It is the only vehicle I have and when I found out it the cost to repair it, I knew I had to find something else. I had gone on the Leith Toyota website the night before my trip to their showroom to scout any potential vehicles. The only one I found ended up not being available when i arrived. But then I happened to spot the 2012 Toyota Sienna in the lot. It was the right color, had the right amount of space for my work supplies and still had enough room for me to tote my children around safely and reasonably. After about 3 to 4 minutes on the lot, I walked up to the showroom and Mark was the first sales rep to acknowledge me which I why I chose him to help me out. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and understanding of my circumstances and was able to help calm my nerves about buying a new "to me" vehicle with such an urgent situation at hand. He even took the time to try and help me find the vehicle I had originally gone to the dealership for, driving around the Toyota lot, then the back lot, the Volkswagon lot and another back lot. I could tell he was going above and beyond to help me out. I don't think my time could have been better spent and I am glad that Mark was patient with me, answering all of my questions with calmness and clarity. The price was reasonable and we were able to work out a payment plan that suited my needs. After a few hours, I was able to sign the paperwork and drive off the lot with my "new to me" 2012 Pearl White Toyota Sienna. Thanks Mark and thanks Leith Toyota for a great car buying experience.
