Second time was because after the first time he got a customer for life! He explains everything from start to finish. He is not rushed or pushy. He listens to your needs and wants and finds the perfect match. Also the finance team? What can I say about them...they are the BEST! Both times they have literally bent over backwards for me. I'm pretty sure Steven has to do with it but they definitely work to make it work. This dealership is the best dealership I've dealt with. I have gone to numerous dealerships and have walked out of them for numerous reasons. The only other dealership I got a car from only sold me the car because I really needed a car back then. But with Steven and the whole team of Leith Toyota, both times I've bought a car because they really make me feel like I'm important, not just another sale. They also value repeat customers, that I can say for a fact. If anyone is in need of a car definitely go to Steven.
