The perfect vehicle for ME. I arrived on the lot and met John the salesman. I told him I was looking for a vehicle for work with specific requirements. Color, size and price. He I arrived on the lot and met John the salesman. I told him I was looking for a vehicle for work with specific requirements. Color, size and price. He showed me several vehicles then I decided to test drive this one. After test driving it, i explained that I wanted to look at another vehicle at another dealership. John politely gave me his card and said he’d follow up with me the next day and he did. After visiting 3 other dealerships, I happily returned to Leith Toyota and test drove the highlander again. I felt I had made an honest comparison of the different vehicles I was considering and the highlander was best suited for my needs. I found a highlander at another dealership, but I returned to Leith because of John and his honest, no pressure approach. He assisted me through the entire process and didn’t try to put me in a vehicle I didn’t want. The sales manager was very helpful as well as he addressed a minor issue with the vehicle and fixed it prior to purchase. Thank you John for being a great salesman.
