Joe Nugent was Great! I originally worked up pricing via text with a BDC agent, then came in to look at the vehicle. Joe was down to earth, to the point, and very knowledgeable. Came in and spoke to a manager, about my trade, was told 28,500 and turns out the deal was submitted with 28k for my trade. (still a little pissed about that, but that's besides the point) The manager was rude and talked down to me. Eventually I left for the evening so they could submit the deal, it was 9pm and they weren't going to hear back. When I came back in the finance manager was very thorough and courteous. I was in and out of the office quickly and I was out learning about my car in no time. Joe was on top of everything every step of the way and I am very thankful for it. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More
