Trapped in Raleigh I was in Raleigh for the teacher rally (try saying that with a southern accent). I was on my way back when my master check engine light came on and to I was in Raleigh for the teacher rally (try saying that with a southern accent). I was on my way back when my master check engine light came on and told me to pull over and check the manual. The manual told me to basically call a Toyota dealership. I was super stressed because I am not from the area and I was scared of going to dealerships. Calling Leith Toyota they helped me, they even understood that I was trying to get my car closer to Winston (where I'm from) but Shannon (I think) just said if I did end up dropping it off then she would make sure she would get someone to look at it. That's where Kurt comes in. Kurt was polite and respectful. He made sure that he gave me multiple options on the repair I needed and gave me multiple ways to keep in touch. Overall the experience made me way more comfortable to go to a dealership to get repairs. Even when I came to pick it up there where people from when we had to drop it off who came that remembered us. I wish I could remember his name but he worked in the office area behind the front desk. Will get the job done I have purchased 2 vehicles from Leith Toyota. And to be honest, I was a bit skeptical to give them my business. My perception was Big brand, rack and stack, in and out. But my preconceived notion was dispelled by the staff there. I can honestly say, I know staff from service to finance; and they know me. Fionn Baldwin, an outstanding salesman. He is very patient and knows his vehicles. I was attempting to find a decent commuter car, and he was persistent with the process of finding the right vehicle with me. He sent me links to vehicles he thought I'd like and even some I never considered. Which after several visits, I did! Fionn is genuine and honest, never felt pressured, even if he wanted to push me I never saw or felt it. Lol...I would recommend him for the experienced and inexperienced purchaser. Pick his brain and inquire about brands and he will deliver. Solomon Dunston, sharp and knowledgable. He is an excellent finance manager. I had several questions for him and he took the time to answer each one. Never rushed me out of his office. He made sure I understood everything, and despite his multitasking, he always addressed me directly and answered my questions fairly. He made such an impression that I make sure to speak with him whenever I am in to service my vehicle. He is genuine and it shows. I would recommend Leith Toyota for anyone looking to buy a solid vehicle, whether new or used. Remember it is a DEALership. More
