Tire Light - Low tire My tire was low a week ago today when I was in for service. Car was serviced & light came back on today. Great Toyota dealership in Raleigh Pro: Everyone there are super friendly. I go with Tyler every time. He’s always so friendly and never in a bad mood always smiling. I also love that he keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle while I’m waiting. I and other mothers that I talked to were very impressed (and truly grateful) with their play area for kids. There was actually a tv that worked and toys for the kids to play with. Con: There are some service advisors that aren’t that great. When I was there waiting in the playroom there was a mother there with 4 kids. She told me that the advisor she was assigned to she never saw and someone else came to help her. Then he never came to see her or update her on the progress. The refreshment stand is minor. Coffee n popcorn tasty though. I’ve just been to others with more of a selection like pastries, cookies, soda, chips n grumpy staff. :) More
