Excellent Customer Service I had a recent visit to your shop for an unscheduled service need as my low tire pressure indicator had illuminated. Rich made sure to check over the car and a quick inspection revealed no punctures and a pressure adjustment was all that was needed. I have been coming to Leith Toyota for many years for purchasing and servicing my vehicles and have had many Service Advisers, but none better than Mr. Kuhn. For years now, Mr. Kuhn has always made me feel that he has not only my car in his best interest but has provided information that I need to make decisions, which shows me he also has my best interest as well. He is honest, extremely knowledgeable, works well with customers and other advisers and the maintenance crews as well. I trust him with my life because I know with him as my Adviser, I am driving a safe vehicle.
