Leith Toyota Service Center Representatives I can’t say enough about the service department at Leith Toyota. My experience was fabulous dealing with Rebecca Carl as well as Sheila Hinnant. When I can’t say enough about the service department at Leith Toyota. My experience was fabulous dealing with Rebecca Carl as well as Sheila Hinnant. When one of them is fully booked or on vacation. I automatically set up an appointment with the other. Both Becca and Sheila make me feel comfortable and make sure that if there was anything that I needed during my visit they were right on it. If I wait at the dealership for the service to be completed, I often go check out the new Toyotas inside and outside of the dealership without being harassed by the sales department personnel. I think they can sense that I’m coming from the service department and I’m just browsing and not buying. But more times than not, I often get a complimentary shuttle ride to work or back home. I’d rather wait at home or go to work than hang around a dealership for several hours. I honestly can say that both Becca and Sheila are honest and knowledgeable about their area of expertise. They’ve always informed me of the estimated cost whenever my vehicle(s) need any type of repairs. I will be a loyal customer of Leith Toyota as long as I receive the exceptional customer service I deserve and get from them. Thank you Becca & Sheila! More

One visit to Leith Toyota and we never considered going anywhere else. Everyone from the greeter to the cashier make service a great experience. In addition to our regular maintenance and repairs, we have purchased tires. We have shopped around and Leith is extremely competitive for price and quality. Our service advisor, Rich Kuhn, is the best. He is pleasant, professional, and thorough. We always understand what has been done and why. Rich also takes the time to let us know what we may expect in the near future with regard to service (tires, oil change, etc). We like having our own service advisor, especially Rich, as he makes our visits hassle free. Thank you, Leith Toyota and Rich Kuhn! More

"Above and beyond" does not do it justice for the efforts she has provided me along with the technician Brian. Model Employee I had an unfortunate interaction with a service advisor who provided inaccurate information, and blamed a bumper detachment issue on the customer. Mi I had an unfortunate interaction with a service advisor who provided inaccurate information, and blamed a bumper detachment issue on the customer. Mike Luke overheard the conversation, and politely corrected the service advisor. The bumper detachment was likely due to a repair by Leith. Mike quickly resolved the issue (took less than one minute). If it were not for Mike correcting the service provider, the service provider would have continued to deflect blame on the customer. I cannot thank Mike enough for stepping in and helping me out. Leith Toyota is lucky to have someone with his integrity on their team. More
