Great. Work performed within expectations. Leith Toyota is great about keeping waiting customers informed of: 1) issues found during service and 2) the progress of the work being performed. While I gave a great 4 star rating, there is always room for improvement. While it is very difficult to provide an actual length of time for a particular service, it would be very helpful if Leith can pin down estimates of work a little closer. It would be a great addition to Leith Toyota if they would invest in a large screen monitor, similar to what the airlines use to track flights, where customers can track, by their unique work order number. the progress of their time at the service center. It could show time vehicle is logged in, the time entered service bay with projected time vehicle will be out of service bay. If additional work was found to be required, an updated completion time can be shown. This could free up service advisors so they can spend more quality time with customers. More
