We knew that we would get genuine Toyota parts and the work would be performed by experienced Toyota mechanics. The first item found was an open recall which was repaired at Toyota expense. Top marks for our service advisor, Jonathan Lloyd. Honest, paitient, courteous and very knowledgeable of Toyota cars and trucks are the adjectives that would apply to Jonathan. More
