Great Service Experience ! My service adviser Jonathan Lloyd was excellent. I brought my 2001 Camry in for a 120,000 mile service (It has nearly 170,000 miles on it.) and after My service adviser Jonathan Lloyd was excellent. I brought my 2001 Camry in for a 120,000 mile service (It has nearly 170,000 miles on it.) and after a thorough inspection he patiently explained what I needed and how much it was going to cost. (I already had a fairly good idea what it needed and what he told me was no surprise). He came and kept me updated about how much longer he was going to perform the work that was being and it actually cost me less than the original estimate. ( I was really surprised by that and very grateful. He is soft-spoken, kind, and a pleasure to deal with. When I come back for service I definitely want him as my service advisor again.
