We recently traded in our 2020 RAV4 hybrid for a 2022 RAV4 hybrid. Leith offered us a trade in allowance for our car and although it took several months for the new car to come in - they honored the allo RAV4 hybrid. Leith offered us a trade in allowance for our car and although it took several months for the new car to come in - they honored the allowance amount. We worked with Adrian McCrea and he was great. He stayed in contact with us throughout the sale process and was an overall good sales guy whom I’d recommend. One caveat though….Leith advertises “free oil changes for the life of the car”. However, they are only free if you pay for all the other items recommended in the service manual for the given mileage. Ex: free oil change as long as you get a $49.99 tire rotation and whatever else they recommend. Doesn’t really seem “free” to me. Just be aware! More
