Austin was great!! He listened to our needs and was empathetic to our situation of needing a new car asap. He was very knowledgeable about his products and helped us navigate through this new system of buying a new car, site unseen, and waiting anxiously for it’s arrival. Austin was honest with us, very reliable, and instilled trust and confidence in our decision to purchase our new Highlander. He called often to give us updates on when our car would be delivered, and reassured us every step of the way from start to finish.
