Throughout the whole process I was made to feel like what I wanted was reasonable, what I thought mattered and what wanted was obtainable. I knew very quickly that I was going to buy a car with Jessica. She made me feel like I was being listened to, she was open and transparent about the process and about how long it would take. It's very easy to be made feel like the salesperson just wants your sale so they can get paid but at no point in the process did it feel that way with Jessica. Her ability to speak to you like you're a human and not treat you like just another sale was completely charming. Everyone I have dealt with at Leith has been this way, I never felt like just another customer I felt like a member of their team.
