I had purchased a Toyota Rav 4 in June of 2021 from Leith Toyota on Capital Boulevard; absolutely loved it from the start. Unfortunately, in less than 6-months the car was totaled due to no fault of my own. Toyota on Capital Boulevard; absolutely loved it from the start. When I started the process of looking for another Rav 4, I call Leith on Capital Boulevard and made an appointment for February 11, 2022. I was unable to get the original salesperson from June. I was assigned K. C. Nnochiri, who was just as helpful as the first sales individual. I must say that K. C. was exceptional as there was not Rav 4 on the lot that had the upgrade features that I wanted. K. C. set with my daughter and I and helped writeup the order with the features I wanted. The sad news was this car wouldn't arrive until August 2022. I looked at him as said you are kidding me. I am now driving a 2500 four-wheel truck having to climb in and slide out it is getting the best of me. I asked him if a vehicle comes in close to what I want; would you call me? Please, I really need a vehicle before August. I left the dealership with the impression that I was not getting a Rav 4 until August. Much to my surprise on Wednesday, February 23rd around 5:00 PM I received a voice mail from K. C, and a phone call from my son stating that a car had arrived at the dealership, asking was I interested. They needed to know when I could stop by. Thinking I would just go for a test drive I headed to meet my son the dealership. I made it by 6-ish, saw the car and knew at once I wanted it. Much thanks to K. C, and your staff I drove the car home on Wednesday night. Today, Monday February 28, I took the car in for the simonize package that was purchased. I arrived around 10:15 and by around 11:40-ish I was on my way home. Wow!! Thanks to K. C. and the service staff for an awesome job. More
