Not impressed with this Dealer's bait-and-switch tactics. They promised me a RAV4 hybrid 3 days after signing a deal. Kyra made a long process entirely worth it. Covid has caused lots of issues with inventory but she kept me in the loop the entire time and when it was time to get my car it was easy breezy!
