Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Maybe they will see this and honor their word. Here’s the deal. I purchased a new 2021 Camry xse in July. Part of the deal was oil changes every 5000 miles. The ins see this and honor their word. Here’s the deal. I purchased a new 2021 Camry xse in July. Part of the deal was oil changes every 5000 miles. The insanity of a 10000 mile oil change is what prompted the request. Our sales person spoke to the service manager, it was agreed upon and we went through with the purchase. Well here I am 5000 miles in looking for my first oil change. I call to setup the appointment, and that’s when the xxxxxxxx starts. Apparently no notes were made on our account. So now Leith decides they want to die on this hill and refuse any oil changes short of the 10000 mile interval. This is ridiculous and honestly nobody I know will ever buy a car from them again. You can’t trust their word. BUYER BEWARE of purchasing with Leith. It’s a shame I should’ve purchased my Camry from Hubert Vester in Wilson. They take care of their customers. My next purchase will be from them. More
