Being told it may take up to 3 months we were pleasantly surprised when we got the call that our vehicle arrived in 2 weeks! 10/10 for everyone we dealt with at Leith Toyota! More
I had been looking for my Tacoma since December. I saw one on Toyota site and contacted Leith Toyota. Spoke to Mark Hay. He said it may be a presale and would call me back. Said it was mine if I wanted it. Couldn’t put a deposit on it fast enough. Mark was awesome during the process. It came in on June 21st and Mark called me even though he was on vacation. We set up a date to pick it up. I had a glitch in my financing. Mark got me same rate. We were driving from Atlanta. Mark had all the paperwork ready for us when we got there. I have a 2017 Toyota RAV4 XLE and needed a new inner tail light since water was getting inside the light. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday afternoon, took off work and went to the service department. A light since water was getting inside the light. After they inspected my vehicle, they said I had condensation in 3 of my tail lights and water in one. They would have to order the part and I return the following morning. I took off 2 hours of work and went back to Leith that Wednesday morning at 7:30am. When checking out, I paid $233 for replacing my inner tail light and after reviewing my invoice, it said I declined a free multi point inspection, which I did not refuse. I paid, everything was good, so I thought. Something told me to check my tail light a few nights later while I was driving at night and the new tail light didn't even work!! I call Toyota and they said the soonest appointment I could get in was this Thursday (a week away). I said I was worried about getting pulled over, but the representative said to tell the officer I have an appointment and everything should be fine. That was not good enough for me, so I decided to YouTube how to check my inner tail light myself. Sunday morning, I go to Advanced Auto, use their tools and check to see if it's a faulty bulb. Leith Toyota didn't even PUT A LIGHT BULB IN MY BRAND NEW TAIL LIGHT! Needless to say, I was VERY upset! I've reached out to the service technician and haven't received a response and I'm scheduled to have the other tail light replaced this Thursday, but I'm not wanting to go back to Leith after this experience. I also noticed my toe eye cover below my headlight was missing and I called my service technician that morning to see if he had that specific part in stock. He said he would call/text me back shortly and I never received a response. So, I decided to drive back to Leith and go to the parts department myself and ask. Luckily, they had one cover left and I was able to purchase it that afternoon. However, I should've received a response prior to driving all the way to Leith, praying they'd have the part. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this dealership. Update: I call this morning to cancel my upcoming appointment and explain what happened with the technician not putting in a bulb and I received NO APOLOGY, no explanation, NOTHING! All she asked was if I wanted to reschedule for another time. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I emailed the service technician I think it was Sunday evening explaining what had happened and I never received a phone call for him either. Honestly, I wouldn't be as upset if someone had called and tried to make things right. If a manager or the technician had phoned me and apologized and maybe offer to check out everything, I wouldn't have felt the need to get on here and leave a negative review. But the simple fact Leith Toyota has yet to reach out to me and make things right just shows there is a serious lack of customer service. More
