No Regrets I went in four years ago trying to maximize my vehicles value on a vehicle that was nothing but negative equity even after a large down payment, I kne I went in four years ago trying to maximize my vehicles value on a vehicle that was nothing but negative equity even after a large down payment, I knew that it was going to be worth less than what I could get as a trade and or so I thought after seeing my options I went into a lease for 4 years thinking at the end I would have no negative equity to deal with in the purchase of a new vehicle, never thinking at the end of 4 years I would enjoy the Jetta as much as I had, so I called and spoke to Jonathan Guerrero, and amazingly he listened and heard my explanation as to what I wanted to do, and that was to buy out my lease and keep the vehicle, no haggling not pushing me to look at a new vehicle, he explaining the that I could of get a great deal and warranty on the new 2019 Jetta but I said no and he took it like a pro. and less than 2 hours later I was on my way home with a car I loved and a payment that I can pay with pocket change. I plan to return to pick out a second vehicle in Dec and because of the service and savings I received it's going to be a fully loaded ATLAS with every option I can get in it! More

The test drives were great, good mix of real driving conditions. When I was unsure and headed out to test drive other cars, they were really understanding & very responsive when I messaged to come look at the Jetta I wanted again. Everyone there was really kind and they worked with me very generously on price to help make the car affordable! He even helped me return my rental that I had due to the accident that totaled my car and even after the purchase, he’s checked in on me to make sure things are good! I was nervous about car buying, but this was a really good experience! More
