He's so easy-going! We had just moved to the US, and already had a couple of cars in mind, but when Plan A fell through, Phil was quick to act. Phil patiently walked us through multiple scenarios (so many...). At no time did he pressure us to make a deal; he just listened and asked good questions. We eventually settled on buying a used car. The hardest part was making a decision, but Phil made everything else very easy for us, and kept us well informed throughout. The great service didn't stop there! Anthony (the financial manager) was super friendly, and he gave really sound advice. He also has mad skillz using a dot matrix printer! Also, kudos to the detailing team for a job well done!
