Experience Meets Understanding I had a 2016 VW Gold with 70K miles on it. I had services performed at the service part of the dealership, working with Tony McMullen. The service dep I had a 2016 VW Gold with 70K miles on it. I had services performed at the service part of the dealership, working with Tony McMullen. The service department, first off, is phenomenal. I've never been to a service department that treated me so well. The service department sent my information over to the sales exchange with Larry Evans. He brought us in, looked at the car and was understanding when we described our situation (travel out of state for work with high mileage, graduate students with student loan debt and an accident where someone rear-ended me at no fault of my own). He worked with us and the manager until we got as close to a monthly payment as we wanted to pay to get a new 2019 Jetta to try to offset the negative equity on our vehicle. The financials were also quick and painless, getting a 150,000 warranty that will really help as I already start to pile the miles on this new car. In short, talking to Larry got us to lose $4K instead of $12K or more on a bad situation we found ourselves in and I'm driving a new car to hopefully bring us back to a positive equity situation. I would highly recommend going to him, especially if you know you're in a bad place on the car. He'll work with you and Volkswagen to not only give you the chance to turn that bad situation into a good one, but to show how much Leith VW wants you to choose them and remain their customer. I don't plan on going anywhere else for my services and if I ever need to use the exchange program again, I'll find Larry. More
